Cascata Packaging is the premier hot-fill, single-serve (0.3 oz – 6 oz) flexible pouch contract manufacturing operation for liquid, juice, gel and puree food and dietary supplement products in the United States. Cascata operates in a 75,000 sq/ft custom-designed facility which is strategically located 10-minutes south of the Salt Lake City international airport near major freeway systems and rail lines. Cascata is a 21 CFR Part 110 (Food), Part 111 (Dietary Supplement), Part 114 (Acidified Foods), and Part 117 (FSMA) facility. Cascata is USDA organic-certified and conforms to the National Organic Program, 7 CFR part 205. As an SQF-certified operation our Food Safety programs are developed to be in compliance with the SQF code and our Food Safety Management procedures are based upon HACCP principles.
